Dear Pacelli Families:
Our parish-wide fundraiser Junefest 2013 is already in motion. One of the largest money-makers within Junefest is the Bid n Buy booth. The Bid n Buy committee is counting on many generous donors to contribute to the booth.
Our goal is to receive an item from every family in the parish, no matter how small. A batch of cookies, a DVD or gift certificates are just a few ideas. How wonderful it would be to reach this goal. Bid n Buy donors are acknowledged in our catalog, and the gifts are tax deductible.
Not sure how you can help? Think of items that interest you. Following are just a few suggestions:
*Gift Cards: Specialty shops, restaurants, department stores, sports/music lessons, amusement parks.
*Sports: Game tickets (Reds, Bengals, XU, UC, Miami, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Cyclones,
ATP, etc.),memorabilia, equipment
*Crafts: Holiday items, handmade items, painted furniture, artwork
*Entertainment: Theater tickets, weekend getaways, dinner parties, DVD/CDs.
*Home Furnishings: Small appliances, furniture, china, crystal, artwork.
*Lawn & Garden: Trees, flowerpots, landscaping, grills, decorations
*Food & Meals: Homemade desserts, soups, cookbooks, beer, wine
*Vacation/Trips: Use of condo or vacation home, airline tickets, weekend getaways, hotel gift
*Cash: Its easy to donate and always needed. No amount is too small. Please make checks payable to Christ the King Junefest.
Thank you for your consideration. Please complete the donor form available HERE and was also included in the bulletin and return to the Parish Office or via the white envelope (for school families) by Monday, April 29th so we can include your donation in our catalog. You can drop off your donation to the Undercroft/Rectory basement on the following Fridays from 1-3 p.m.: April 19th, April 26th, May 3rd and May 10th.
