Monsignor Quinn Scholarship Winners Announced

In a tribute to the founder of our parish and school, academic scholarships are awarded to four sixth grade students each year. Father Ed said, “Monsignor Quinn cared deeply about Catholic education, and it was very important to him to establish a school at Christ the King.” On February 1, 2018, after the Catholic Schools Week all-school mass, Father Ed announced the winners of this year’s Monsignor Quinn Scholarships: Julia D., Grace G., Robert G., and Lei Lei P.

The scholarship is open to all sixth graders at Cardinal Pacelli, and is based on academics, an essay and teacher recommendations. Julia, Grace and Robert were awarded half-tuition scholarships for two years, and Lei Lei was awarded a full scholarship for two years. “We are very proud of our students for this great accomplishment,” said Father Ed.
