Cardinal Pacelli School offers a morning Preschool program for 3-4 year-olds introducing young children to a school environment using fun and educational activities. Our Pre-Kindergarten program for 4-5 year-olds focuses on Kindergarten readiness. Jen Hall is the Director of the Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten programs and is our Preschool teacher. Patsy Glaser and Holley Cummings are our Pre-Kindergarten teachers.
Preschool for 3-4 Year Old Children
- Preschool Half Day Option (7:50 am – 11:30 am)
- 2 days (T/Th)
- 3 days (M/W/F)
- 5 days
- Preschool Full Day Option (7:50 am – 2:30 pm) – Includes lunch time, play, rest period, and curriculum enrichment
- 2 days (T/Th)
- 3 days (M/W/F)
- 5 days
- Class size is limited; 1 teacher/1 teacher’s aide
- The program is focused on students attending school for the first time, gaining social confidence, and developing early academics through play, games, and creative endeavors
- Eligibility for children, ages 3-4 (children must turn 3 by September 30th), who are potty trained
Pre-Kindergarten for 4-5 Year Old Children
- Pre-Kindergarten Half Day Option (7:50 am – 11:30 am)
- All students attend 5 days
- Pre-Kindergarten Full Day Options (7:50 am – 2:30 pm)
- 2 days (T/Th)
- Class size is limited; 1 teacher/1 teacher’s aide
- Curriculum is focused on learning the social and academic skills leading to a smooth transition to kindergarten
- Eligibility for children, ages 4-5 (children must turn 4 by September 30th), who are potty trained and plan to attend kindergarten the following year. Admission to Pre-K class will be determined by a parent-teacher conference.
