Congratulations to Alex B. for winning our school spelling bee! Alex is in 6th grade and won on the word “techie.”

Our halls are looking so festive as we prepare for Christmas! The whole school has caught the Christmas spirit, with help from Student Council. This year Student Council hosted their annual door decorating contest and organized a Secret Santa exchange between homerooms. Teachers also use the season as inspiration for fun school projects, many of which are helping our halls look extra festive! If you were to walk through the first floor you would see Elf Applications, job ideas, lists for Santa and first graders stuck in snow globes! Upstairs you’ll find some amazing Santa and Christmas light artwork around the art room, as well as digital creations made in the STEM lab.

Congrats to Mrs. Goff’s 4th graders for winning the door decorating contest! Click here for pictures of all of the doors and decorations.

Homerooms partnered with parish volunteers to adopt nine families in our community who are in need this Christmas season. Thank you to all who helped brighten the holidays for others by sending in food, supplies and gifts with your students for these families! Let us also thank our wonderful volunteers, led by Mrs. Gloeckler and Mrs. Fristik, for organizing this opportunity!

2nd Grade + 8th Grade = Merry Math!

The eighth grade students took time to create Christmas story problems to challenge the second grade students. The students worked hard to solve how many presents the elves wrapped, the number of Mike Santa flew on Christmas night and cookies baked by Mrs. Claus!

Our K-3 students did a wonderful job showcasing all that they’ve learned under Miss Kuch’s direction this year and got us all into the Christmas spirit! We heard songs from around the world, instruments and learned some new moves along the way. Miss the concert or want to share it with loved ones? Check out the videos for each grade posted here!
